Travel Expenses
For 48 contiguous states and Canada Micah Solomon flies refundable coach fare and the cost for this, lodging, and to/from (X2) ground-airport transpo will be flat-rate estimated to give you, the client, a “no-surprises” expense rate. For international, Hawaii, and Alaska, Micah will definitely need to stretch his legs in flight so expect business class fares in those cases only.
